 Joe has been practicing law in Tarboro,
North Carolina with the firm of Keel O'Malley L.L.P., LLP now known as Keel O'Malley Tunstall, L.L.P.
since September, 2000.
He is originally from
Washington, North Carolina where he attended
Washington High School and played football, basketball
and ran track for the Pam Pack. Growing up in
Washington, Joe had the oportunity to ski,
swim, fish and hunt along the Pamlico River.
Mr. Tunstall moved up the Pamlico/Tar River to Tarboro in
2000 and resides in Tarboro with three dogs.
Mr. Tunstall enjoys hunting and fishing in the Pamlico/Tar River, Roanoke River, Pamlico Sound and throughout Eastern North Carolina.
