Mr. Tunstall was born on July 9, 1975, in Washington, North Carolina. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and from Wake Forest University in 2000 with a Juris Doctor degree.
Mr. Tunstall moved to Tarboro and joined Keel O’Malley LLP in 2000. He has tried numerous Social Security and Workers’ Compensation cases as well as personal injury cases to a jury. His practice areas include Personal Injury; Workers’ Compensation; Social Security; Lemon Law and Traffic matters.
He is a member of the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers.
